The First Modification

As with any conversion of a van into a campervan, priorities came to the fore in terms of what to do first to it. In the end, I started at the most obvious and logical point.

The gear knob!

Of course, a pool ball knob is always the answer to any problem regarding where to start. I ummed and ahhhed over what number to have, with 15 being my own personal choice at first. But in the end, I liked the colour of the 4 ball, so went with that. I also added an aluminium angled gear stick extension, as the T4 has a standard car height type stick, and is a pain to reach down to. This makes it much easier to change gear without reaching too far.

Both items were bought from eBay for less than £20 total, delivered. Bargain!
